Direct API sync

Appearance
Currency & totals
Foreign receipts use the exchange rate you enter on each receipt. Rates are entered manually, not fetched automatically.
Changing the base currency requires new rates for foreign receipts. Missing rates are excluded from the base total and flagged.
Settings save automatically to your account.
